I opened a small girls studio back in 2012 called Jam&Jemz. It started as a 9-month program and was packed full of peer building activities & games, class discussion, character lessons & fun physical activity for girls in the 4th-8th grade!! This is where "Jemz Girls Program" all started.

I continue to offer many different workshops that help build stronger relationships within a troop, classroom or group

Jemz is an empowerment and character building program for Girls.
Jemz focuses on building self-esteem and empathy while learning the importance of compassion, tolerance, gratitude, having a positive attitude, working together and seeing the good in others.
