How does a Party work?

- You may arrive 20 minutes prior to the party. Light decorations will be displayed on the table (Feel free to bring your own as well - we ask that you don't tape or adhere anything to our walls and please no confetti.) 

- Once the guests have arrived we will work on a collaborative birthday banner, fun little icebreaker and Shout-Out to our Birthday Kiddo. *See Video Below

- Your Party Hostess will then give step-by-step crafting instructions for your selected craft (Click here for Craft Choices). 

- Once everyone's craft is complete a group picture will be taken in front of our "Look What I made at The Workshop" wall with their crafts & Birthday Banner

- Cake, Presents & Goodbyes

- We clean up!

​Parents are responsible for the following:

- Cake/ Cupcakes (from a licensed bakery) & all paper products, candles and serving utensils (we also ask no pizza or meals be served as we want to be sure there is ample time to complete the craft without rushing).

- Snacks are fine however not necessary - if you choose to provide snacks we suggest pretzels, fruit snacks, animal crackers and bottled water (please no drink boxes, juice or soda)

- Distributing Presents, Lighting the Candle & Serving Cupcakes/cake

Cost: 

-$425 (Plus sales tax) up to 10 Party Guests (cost does not change if you have less than 10 guests). Some of the party crafts may have an extra charge.

      -Each additional Guest $25 (maximum party size is 16 and will require another Party Host)

- Add on a "Abstract Canvas Painting Surprise" $25 - this is created by the Party Guests and given to the birthday boy/girl at the end of the party. 

- Add on Goody bags $5/child (includes a "The Workshop" coupon for a $5 wood item craft during Open Crafting hours)

$100 non-refundable deposit is due the day the party is booked and will be subtracted from your final bill.
